Welcome to Orwell Cottage
Nested in a quiet residential road, Orwell Cottage originally formed part of the agricultural estate of Dalry House, which is the magnificent 17th Century building next-door to the cottage. During this time, Orwell Cottage was used as a caretaker’s cottage for the school built by the Scottish Episcopal Church.
Replete with character, Orwell Cottage has retained its original features and is surrounded by an enclosed patio lined with greenery. As you step inside the cottage, the dramatic colours create a warm and intimate space to unwind and relax, and underfloor heating is sure to keep you warm on cold Scottish nights.
